On Monday night the New York Jets (1-1) could be playing the Chicago Bears (1-1) without two very important players. Defensive back Dee Milliner did not practice on Friday and Saturday and is listed as doubtful for the prime time match-up with ankle and quadricep injuries. Wide receiver Eric Decker practiced on a limited basis on Saturday and will more than likely become a game time decision with a hamstring injury. Both of these injuries will force the Jets to rearrange their game plan to incorporate reserve players.
With Milliner out, Allen steps up
The New York Jets secondary will return to their week one lineup which consisted of Darrin Walls and Antonio Allen at the starting cornerback positions, with Calvin Pryor and Dawan Landry playing at safety.
